From Faith to Table to Home

 

Some things begin with a plan. Others begin with a feeling, a season, or a quiet realization that the things we love are often connected to something much greater than ourselves.

 

SAWYER GROVE came from a place in my heart. A feeling of joy everytime I invested in it. It grew from my love of design, my appreciation for old things with stories to tell, and my belief that the spaces we create and the lives we build are more connected than we sometimes realize.

 

I'm Lacey Ogline, founder and creative director of the SAWYER GROVE brand. With a background in sales, residential, commercial, and storefront design, I've always been drawn to the details that give a space its character — the patina, the warmth of natural materials, the unexpected combination of textures, and the objects that seem to have a story long before they find their way into our homes.

 

But what has always interested me most is not simply the finished room- It's what happens there. It's the kitchen table where everything happens long after the meal is over. The home that welcomes friends without needing to be perfect. The treasured piece passed from one generation to the next. The familiar recipe, the flowers gathered from the garden, the quiet moments that become memories we carry with us.

 

These are the things that make a house a home. But beyond the things, it's the people - it's you. 

 

That's what inspires me - your story, your life.

 

Here, I believe a beautiful home doesn't have to follow a formula. It should reflect the peoples lives who live there — their taste, their interests, their faith, and the things they have collected that support that is them along the way.

 

We are drawn to pieces with character, furnishings with history, and interiors that feel considered without feeling untouched. We love the meeting of old and new, the unexpected detail that brings a room to life, and the kind of styling that feels as though it came together naturally over time.

 

Our approach brings together design, vintage finds, thoughtful styling, and custom-curated collections. From refreshing a familiar space to helping prepare a home for the next chapter, we believe there is beauty in seeing what something can become. Sometimes that means reimagining what you already own. Sometimes it means finding the one piece that brings everything together. And sometimes, it means letting go of what no longer serves you and making room for something new.Whatever the project, our aim is to create spaces that feel personal, welcoming, and full of life.

 

For me, SAWYER GROVE has never been just about selling goods, the rooms we style, or the collections we create. It is also about the One who gives those things meaning. Faith is the foundation of SAWYER GROVE.

 

I believe God meets us through the people we encounter, and in moments we might otherwise overlook. Sometimes, the smallest things become reminders of His goodness. Sometimes, a conversation opens a door we never expected. The gifts and talents we have been given are meant to be shared in ways we haven't yet imagined. It is that belief shapes the way I see this business and what I hope it to become. From Faith to Table to Home is more than a tagline. It represents the connection between what we believe, how we live, the way we welcome others, and the environments we create. It is a reminder that beauty can be found in the everyday, that hospitality doesn't require perfection, and that the things we create can become a way of loving and serving others. More Than a Place to Shop or a space to design SAWYER GROVE is a growing creative community built around the things that make life meaningful.

 

Alongside our design services, vintage discoveries, and custom-curated collections, we share inspiration for the home and the life lived within it — recipes, stories, art, seasonal ideas, and beautiful finds worth passing along. We want to celebrate the creativity that exists in all of us and encourage others to discover new ways to express it.

 

Because inspiration doesn't belong to designers alone. It lives in the person who sets a beautiful table, the gardener who tends a small patch of earth, the collector who sees potential in an overlooked object, and the friend who opens her door simply because there is room for one more.

There is so much to learn from one another, so much beauty to discover, and so much good that can come from sharing what we have been given.

 

My hope is that when you think of SAWYER GROVE you know that it is a place where those ideas meet — where design and discovery are only the beginning, where stories are exchanged, creativity is encouraged, and the simple pleasures of home are celebrated.
